Purpose
Orbinta exists to test whether a real business can be created and operated primarily by AI, with minimal human involvement.
ORBINTA Constitution · Autonomous enterprise
Orbinta exists to test whether a real business can be created and operated primarily by AI, with minimal human involvement.
Principles
Maximize useful work performed autonomously. The Founder defines objectives and boundaries; within those boundaries, the system acts rather than asks.
The Founder retains ownership and control of assets, money, identities and critical accounts; AI operates via scoped permissions.
Recurring unnecessary Founder actions reduce autonomy; systems should eliminate them.
Prefer approaches AI can execute reliably and autonomously; complexity must justify itself.
AI can take ordinary reversible actions within limits; ownership, security, legal exposure, significant financial commitments and irreversible assets remain under Founder control.
Durable company identities and accounts survive experiments; products, websites, databases, agents and workflows are replaceable.
No product, architecture, process or previous decision is sacred; abandon or rebuild whatever does not advance the objective.
Orbinta may create, test, operate and retire multiple autonomous businesses. Successful businesses may become independent brands while staying in the portfolio.
Can the Founder state an objective, authorize boundaries, then leave the system to execute the real-world business process successfully?
Core definition
Orbinta is an experiment in autonomous enterprise.
The test
This is the single question every Orbinta experiment must answer. Everything else — the products, the architecture, the process — exists in service of it.
